Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kerangka konseptual yang menggambarkan pengaruh Business Intelligence, Vendor Managed Inventory, dan Organizational Learning Capability terhadap Operation Performance pada Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan perusahaan untuk mencapai kinerja operasional yang unggul di tengah tantangan lingkungan bisnis yang dinamis dan kompleks. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei dan analisis data menggunakan Smart PLS, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi hubungan langsung antara ketiga variabel independen tersebut terhadap kinerja operasional. Hasil dari studi ini diharapkan dapat memperkaya literatur dan memberikan wawasan praktis bagi manajer UKM dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan daya saing organisasi melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, kolaborasi rantai pasok, dan kemampuan pembelajaran organisasi.
