Menerapkan Teori Kepemimpinan Transformasional: Analisis Kepemimpinan Imam Bonjol dalam Konteks Industri Kontemporer dengan Pendekatan SLR dan Bibliometrik

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan Imam Bonjol melalui lensa teori kepemimpinan transformasional dan relevansinya dalam konteks industri modern, dengan fokus pada dampaknya terhadap perubahan sosial, pengembangan organisasi, dan inovasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dan analisis Bibliometrik, dengan alat VOSviewer untuk memvisualisasikan jaringan sitasi dan tren penelitian. Data yang digunakan berasal dari artikel yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2015 hingga 2025, yang diambil dari database Scopus. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan Imam Bonjol sejalan dengan komponen utama dari kepemimpinan transformasional, yaitu pengaruh ideal, motivasi inspiratif, stimulasi intelektual, dan pertimbangan individual. Elemen-elemen ini dapat diterapkan dalam konteks organisasi dan penerapannya pada industri modern, khususnya dalam mendorong inovasi dan perubahan. Penelitian ini dapat diterapkan pada praktik kepemimpinan di berbagai industri seperti manajemen, pendidikan, dan bisnis, terutama di bidang yang membutuhkan adaptasi budaya, inovasi, dan perubahan sosial. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi pemimpin yang ingin menginspirasi transformasi organisasi sambil menjaga dasar etika yang kuat. Penelitian ini unik karena menerapkan teori kepemimpinan transformasional pada kepemimpinan Imam Bonjol, menghubungkan tokoh sejarah dengan praktik kepemimpinan organisasi modern. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang bagaimana kepemimpinan berbasis budaya dan moral dapat digunakan untuk mendorong inovasi dan perubahan sosial di industri masa kini.
