International Journal of Economics and Management Review (IJEMR) maintains the highest standards of peer review while maximizing the efficiency of the publication process. All research articles published in IJEMR undergo full double-blind peer review.

Expert Review: All research articles are reviewed by at least two suitably qualified experts in the field.

Decision Making: All publication decisions are made by the Editor-in-Chief based on the reviews provided. Members of the international Editorial Board lend insight, advice, and guidance to the Editor-in-Chief to assist in decision-making on specific submissions.

Evaluation Criteria: Editors will strictly evaluate whether each submission reports well-conducted research with conclusions robustly supported by the presented data. All accepted papers must make an incremental or novel addition to the existing literature.

Administrative Support: The Managing Editors and Editorial Assistants provide administrative support to maintain the integrity of the double-blind peer review while delivering rapid turnaround and maximum efficiency for authors, reviewers, and editors.
Peer Review Process & Workflow
Articles submitted directly to IJEMR will be fully peer-reviewed by at least two appropriately qualified experts selected by the Editor-in-Chief. The Editor-in-Chief or a designated Editor will then decide whether to accept, reject, or request revisions based on the reviewers' comments. The entire period encompassing peer review, editing, copyediting, and proofreading typically takes 3-4 months.
