Publication Fee

Smart Education and Instruction (SEI) is committed to ensuring that publication costs do not become a barrier to disseminating high-quality research. The journal's fee structure is detailed below:

  • Article Submission: 0.00 IDR (Free) Authors are not required to pay any fees when submitting a manuscript to the journal. The initial desk evaluation and the double-blind peer-review process are conducted entirely free of charge.

  • Article Publication Charge (APC): 500,000 IDR Under normal circumstances, if a manuscript is accepted for publication after the rigorous peer-review process, authors are required to pay a publication fee of 500,000 IDR. This charge covers the costs of editorial management, layout formatting, DOI registration, and open-access online hosting.

  • Current Waiver / Special Discount: FREE (100% Waiver) Currently, SEI is fully waiving the Article Publication Charge (APC). For the time being, authors whose papers are accepted for publication will not be charged any fees (0.00 IDR). We encourage scholars and researchers to take advantage of this current waiver to publish their impactful work without financial barriers.
