Indexing and Abstracting
EBCAS is committed to ensuring wide visibility, discoverability and academic recognition of its published case studies through systematic inclusion in reputable indexing and abstracting services.
The journal is indexed in Google Scholar. All published articles are structured and archived in accordance with Google Scholar technical requirements, including consistent metadata, clear authorship information, standard referencing and stable online access. This ensures that articles are searchable, discoverable and citable globally through Google Scholar shortly after publication.
In addition, the journal is in the process of applying for inclusion in Indonesian GARUDA (Garba Rujukan Digital) and Index Copernicus International to enhance international visibility and journal evaluation metrics.
Beyond these platforms, the journal is progressively preparing applications for other internationally recognised indexing and abstracting databases that are appropriate for peer-reviewed open-access journals in economics and business. These may include regional and global directories and abstracting services subject to eligibility criteria, publication history and quality assessment timelines set by each index.
All indexing decisions are made independently by the respective indexing agencies, and inclusion cannot be guaranteed at the time of submission or publication. The journal is committed to transparency and will update its website regularly to reflect confirmed indexation status and ongoing applications.
Through this structured indexing process, the International Journal of Economics and Business Case Studies aims to strengthen scholarly reach, citation potential and academic credibility while maintaining rigorous editorial standards and ethical publishing practices.
